There are r50 sfd groups on Facebook and some write ups floating around the internet. Cal Rodriguez did a YouTube video installing his sfd that will give you a good idea. The SFD kit is subframe drop blocks strut spacers Engine mount blocks Longer panhard drop bracket Missing link lower control arm cross brace Mounting hardware Steering extension extended brake lines

Not able to upload photos with insert image 2" AC coils with 4" SFD, kyb struts, missing link, LR RKB101060.C8 about 6 inch rear lift, Bilstein 5125 33-185569, Warn Hubs, -3.75 backspacing, 33x12.5R15 Duratrac Wrangler, tire carrier with full size spare https://imgur.com/gallery/AIvp4br

The front AC coilsprings are closer to 2", but get whatevers in your budget. You'll want to check your struts out before buying new ones. If they're old you can just get new ones. You can get your camber bolts from most local shops, they aren't uncommon. When you go in for an alligment they can do the camber bolts if you can't do it. There's a new tariff today though canada post shipping to the states.

If you want the parts and you will pay for the shipping I will gift them to you. On one condition you post before and after pictures. You will just need to buy yourself front coilsprings or spacers granting your struts are still good. The whole install should be quick

I'm selling Bilstein Shocks 5125 33-185552, AC rear coilsprings (the 2inch lift ones assuming they are LR coils) Used them for less than a year. Got different set up after doing sfd. They are in good shape, I can ship to you. I'm only asking 100$ canadian for the shocks and coilsprings. You will just need to buy front spacers or front coilsprings, that is all you need for 2 inch lift, won't need extended brake lines.

Most shops will estimate around 2000$ canadian for a clutch kit parts $ labor

I can confirm the "AC springs" cause very harsh top out. I've had the AC springs with 1" spacers up front for about 7 months with no problems besides the top out. The warn hubs will save your cvs

I'm pretty sure OME discontinued R50 lift components. So if you can find a set would be great. The 9447 will give 2-2.5" of lift in the rear. Your best bet may be AC 2" coils in the front but the shipping costs quite a bit. Dobinson coils for front are a good option also.

Thanks. I love the AT3s so far, they're pretty quiet and surprisingly lightweight. I'm happy I went with a 31" A/T tyre instead of getting a 32 or 33" mud tyre. The 31" at3s feel just right and I didn't do any trimming to make them fit. They're bit pricey but definitely quality. When I get a SFD will upgrade to 35" falken wildpeaks.

Been following the forum and contemplating for a few years to get a lift and finally did. 99 SE, 5 speed manual - front suspension is AC 2" coils with 1" spacers on kyb struts, rear is NRC9447 with Sumosprings (SSR-625-40), bilstein shocks, SF Creations Control Arm Crosslink, Warn Premium Manual Locking Hubs, Pro comp -3.75 backspace with 31x10.5R15 Toyo Open Country AT/III tyres I'm unable to upload pictures so here's a link on imgur. https://imgur.com/a/SaBX7iJ More updates to come. Thanks Devin

That's great news! I also had similar rattling noises caused by all of the rusted loose heat shields that were dangling on the pipe a few months ago. I removed them

It sounds like it could be a lifter

Such a great thread, I really like your build!!! I enjoyed reading this thread and the video featuring your R50! Any updates for 2024? -
Thanks for the insight! As FirstGenFreak mentioned.. Choosing tires is like splitting hairs. Ended up shopping around and after lots of consideration for price and quality, ended up getting Toyo Open Country ATIII 31 10.5 on 15 inch, -3.75 pro comp vintage

What an awesome thread! Very nice! Any updates for 2024?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Which would you get for 31x10.5R15? Falken Wildpeak A/T4W Or BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3

BCangler99 replied to PuddlePirate's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
I just went with 4x4 parts.com and got the AC 2" lift, 1" spacers up front, bilsteins on the rear with sumo springs (SSR-625-40) and warn hubs on my 1999 R50. Highly recommend going through automotive customizers. -
