  1. Do you have a Sub Frame Drop? This would be a different issue.
  2. @fleurys I tagged you on FB but here is the link as well. https://www.facebook.com/brice.andersen/videos/pcb.384704262244131/2293504070703800/?type=3&ifg=1&__tn__=HH-R&eid=ARAKLb5O3ynrROpW98L6CTxvBC45ju44-L9V_LdYo_w1u5NAbCbs5PGIR10anQxkY71pReq692e9vlgT
  3. So when are you going to make a decision where we are going to meet?
  4. So as you can see on FB video the flex that was showing in the first video is gone. I still have some wobble at about 45MPH but it not as bad and I think it might be a alignment issue. Any thoughts on that. The link did help alot thanks @fleurys.
  5. Yeah I think Dustin has some valid points he was making as well. I will keep everyone posted bc I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. I get the link next week I hope from @fleurys
  6. Yes, I do not disagree with you. So you saw the post of facebook and the comments form the kid that said he doesn't think the linkage will even help? lol I was like idk man it seems like it would help alot. I do need to box the tube I am think of doing that on the front end just to give it some more strength. thank you for the advise I have a missing link coming my way from Steve at SFcreation next week so I will post the results after I install it.
  7. So I have only had the SFD on for about 2 month with maybe 1K miles in travel no hard off roading yet. I know the missing link is important but everyone on Facebook keeps saying "Oh that wont help". God know these guys mostly just talk out there ass but it made me worried lol. Thank you for the pictures that is exactly what I am afraid will happen I also have them welded at the top. I want to do something that connect the blocks together but the front drive shaft is in the way. I was think of doing a triangle form the block to the missing link
  8. I thought it was a tire balance issue but I had tire BB put into them and I was not able to get the wobble to stop. I need to get new bushing for sure but it does not seem to be the issue. I am at a lost to be honest.
  9. Hi, I am having a little wobble in my steering wheel it starts at 35 and end at 45 mph. I have a 6" lift and SFD. I do not have the missing link installed and have not replaced the bushing. I am running 35" tires and had no issue until I installed the tires. My question is will installing the missing link help? Trying to upload a video but it wont let me. If you click on the link to facebook you can see the video i post in one of the groups. https://www.facebook.com/brice.andersen/videos/2273119726075568/
  10. I'm game for anywhere in California or Oregon. But keep in mind snow in the mountains might be a thing that time of year.
  11. To comment to all, Yes, I understand the risk of building this out for pple. It not cheap I have easily dropped 2K into this adventure. However, I bought the pathy bc I did not spend alot on it and could through money into it. Question does any one know for woodward steering link how long the shaft will need to be between the Ujoints?
  12. Oh ok. Do you have a picture of this? I just need to visually see what needs to happen. Also is there anything else that you feel I should know with the 6" SFD?
  13. I will provide a full write up once I have finished. I have started a 6" SFD with a 6" lift Items used: AC coils 2" lift OME struts F250 pro comp shock WJ coils for rear SFD blocks and spacer Have some question for those of you who have done this anyone run into transmission cross member hitting? What brand of break line have you used?\\ Who would want a SFD 4" or 6" taking a poll to see what the need is maybe building and sell them soon Will post picture shortly.
  14. Hi, So I am in the middle of replacing my engine good time to do the clutch as well. Did you end up using the Exedy clutch kit? did you like it. How has it been holding up?
  15. Will do that. At least I did a bit nothing bad as of now. I got compression # it was 40psi at first, then after the ATF was thrown down the cylinder it jumped to 90psi.
  16. I've been throwing seafoam in the gas. Will try putting it in #1. I found a engine here (https://used.remanns.com/quote-details.php) Any oppion of this would be great. I think it looks good but it could be sh**. I have never used them before
  17. I have to say that it better to find a MT engine then using a AT as it more time and more to go wrong if not done properly.
  18. Hey you all just some fun aspect from my end ik this is a old thread but thought I would spark some new conversation. I am needing to replace mt engine. The story is I drove it down to baja put some Mexican gas in it and it scored one of the cylinder walls lol. I have a 02 MT pathy, fun fact did you know that the MT and AT have different engine as the MT doesn't have the power valve so no issue with screws falling out. However, since no one can drive a MT anymore finding a engine is quite difficult. I found a engine on, https://used.remanns.com/quote-details.php I'm wondering if this is what I should be using after reading through this thread I'm a little worried about buying a engine I can't see. Any thoughts?
  19. Thank you for this. Yeah after throwing ATF the compression went up. If it the rings would it be better to just Chuck a engine in it? I'm just trying to fine the cheapest path.
  20. So some ATF was thrown down the cylinder and white smoke came out when it was started. Why would you do headwork over just replacing the engine. Unfortunately I am not a good machinist but I can pull the heads lol.
  21. Hi everyone, I have posted this in many places but here so I thought maybe I would see what you all have to say about this topic. I have done lots of research on this but want to know if anyone here has any suggestions here. I have a 02 pathy 5speed manual 4x4. It's the 3.5L V6. Now I have low compression in cylinder 1 only. This usually mean the exhaust valve is wide open. I have been running valve cleaner throw it the last month some improvements but service engine light still blinks. So I have two option I know of. 1. Open the engine and have both head removed and replaced what the issue is. Or 2. Replace the engine. Here is my question. Does anyone know if there is only options then what is above? Or a great place to get a good engine that has a good warranty? I have to make sure the engine came off a manual as the engine for the manaul do not have a power valve. Please send me clarification question or suggestions. Thanks,
  22. Yeah every I have looked said the rancho are trash. I was looking at the Bilstein shocks 5100 shocks ..https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00BYNJ7KG/ref=dp_olp_all_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=all they seem like what I am looking for.
  23. Will I need to extend the brake cables or can I just install them with out doing that?
  24. So I need to shock and strut. Now I have Flurry's 2" spacer in right now and want to know what is the best after market shock and struts to install? I don't do to much wheeling or at least flexing but would be nice to have the option. I have read everywhere that I might have to replace the break lines to make it fit the new stock. Any thought suggestion would be great.
  25. They are so expensive. It almost seems worth having them custom made
