  1. Very nice, did you also order the front coil spring from coilspring.com. maybe that explains the front is being taller, with the taller spring, you need to get a ARB front bumper and wench and that will level it out. like mine. that's about adding 160 lbs to the front end. oh get a steering link out of a 1991 Honda accord, fits like a glove and never had a issued.
  2. Very Nice, Oh, don't forget to remove your roof rack, that could be bad.
  3. I would disconnect the lsv spring and zip lock it to where it's open all the way for maximum breaking, since you have larger tires on her anyway and that is quite a raise in the rear, I imagine that it will lower a little bit in due time, also how does the drive shaft look as far in length and angle, eve thou I Toyota friends said it shouldn't be an issued, wish that some body made pan hard drop brackets for our rigs.. If you could, take some picture of the vehicle for me from the side view, that would be great to look at. David
  4. Hey the picture of my truck in the snow was on the first switch back going down Webster Pass last September as the beginning of winter. There is a new Colorado offroad site for to look at if you would want to go wheelen, there so far 2 R50, majority are 4runners and what ever you want bring to go wheelen, we have a blast everytime. Here is the link http://rm4wd.freeforums.org/index.php . So far, bunch of good guys that I have meet. David
  5. I you going to replace the fuel filter... go to Napa and get the Napa Gold one, Wix make there filter and known as one of the best or get one at Nissan that mine .
  6. I get a a weird noise and feel some vibration when in 4WD and under load(like going up a hill) but when lift off the gas, it's go away or put it into 2wd. I'm thinking that the CV axles are shot, even thou the boots aren't torn and I have warn hubs, so I usually don't lock, expect when wheel en or driving in the snow. Any idea would be great and another thing is she has 168000 miles on her now. David
  7. Does anybody make heavy duty fender flares for our trucks, like in the picture above.
  8. WOW... That is pretty fast, I heard from Tmorgan4, when he order his it took a couple of months.
  9. I also glad that you got everything work out.
  10. I use Moble One Extended performance 10w30 that is good up to 15000 miles protection and wix oil filter and change mine about every 10000 miles.. Right now my Pathfinder has 167000 mile on her and doesn't burn a drop and runs good as when it had 90000 miles.
  11. You GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! As far that I know that this was the same place where Tyler Morgan(T4morgan) Also use to be Prado lifts got his at. I hope that you called you're credit card company and tell them that you want to cancel all transaction and see what it the world is happen at the coil spring company and ex plane what happen. Sorry about your bad luck. David
  12. Nice looking Rig , Next SFD (Sub Frame Drop) Now that's a project.
  13. I was wondering that myself, mine is an 01. Wonder what detail would it take to make it work.
  14. Tyler, I'm so Speechless. That RIG of yours kick Arse. I can't wait to see it in action on a trail, hopefully in the very near Future. You let me know, I'll be there. Great work!!
  15. Dooh!! It was late last night when I got home, well it's not the first time a Nissan pulled a Toyota out
  16. Glad to hear that everything work out like it should, people are getting pretty desperate now days to make a buck these days unfortunately. David
  17. If I was you in the future put some 4.6 gears in her, I'm going to do that in the next couple of months. I think it will run closer when you had the stock size tires on with that ratio to help with power and also get better brake pads and cross drill slotted rotors to help with the stopping. She real nice, can't wait to see it with the SFD. David
  18. KYB GR-2's are the only struts shocks that I put on my R50.
  19. Nice Rig, I love the picture of you pulling the Jeep. Welcome! David
  20. It's time for a tune up. Definitely sounds like plug wires and if you decide to replace the spark plugs go with the NGKS. They are the only ones that I would run in Japanese cars.
  21. Like everyone says, if it down shifting a lot, I would just put the O/D off, and don't worry about running at 3500 RPM, as long you have clean oil and the temp is reading normal, besides here in Colorado running up I-70 near Eisenhower tunnel at 11000FT, I'm usually running 5500 Rpm for about 13 miles during the climb with no problems. David
  22. I hate to say it, but from what you wrote. The engine need either to be overhaul or put in another one from the junk yard. How many miles on her and I bet it was neglected from the previous owner. You know the lack of oil changes and prevented maintenance. That really sucks. David
  23. I think doing the front coil is going to be a real pain. It's hard enough to do the AC ones, couldn't imagine installing a stiffer one. Good luck. David
  24. All right guys, Sorry it took long to get back,(Have been very busy with work) but I just got off the phone and wouldn't you know it, now that I see that Terry contact Kevin. Right on!! That is the same price that I was Quoted and we also found out what Tyler(t4morgan) used when he order his, it was under his old company name Pradolifts. For the rear His came out to be 5.5 height with 160lbs and the price is $248.40 plus shipping. And it would take 4 weeks to receive them, because they are custom. The price will vary if you decide to go with a different version more length or spring rate, you get the idea. David
