I have the vg30e motor with the 3 speed 3N71 Automatic transmission, its rather weak, I was wondering if there were any other better ones I could replace it with I heard of people putting the Xterra tranny in there pathy, can I do that?

Could I put some life to this thread and ask if I can put an upgraded Xterra Transmission in my 1987 Pathy, it currently has the weak 3 speed so that would be a perfect upgrade I have the se-v6 3.0

I dont want to advertise on the forum or anything I just know the market is small and would like to have more options for my pathy I know of a few good side rocky mountain... ect. Anyone else?
