Ya they said that my idle air flow was going off to but I tweaked a hose on my custom intake and it went off so its just the knock sensor Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk - now Free

So yesterday my service engine light came so I took it to autozone to get it checked they said it was the knock sensor causing the light to be on I'm going to get the sensor from rock auto as they are about 40-50 bucks cheaper then every where's else is it something I could do in my driveway or should I take it to a shop? I have the 3.3 v6 and the guy at autozone said you can relocate them so there easier to get to is this true? Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk - now Free

i have been looking at this since i destroyed the trans in my truck mudding and i read on here that our transmissions are know to over heat so i would feel more comfortable putting this on the pathfinder as it has to last me a while but while the truck is out of commission its my trail rig./mudder/ dd has anybody used this one or one like it

sombody cut then re conected but crossed colors on the radio and then used a adapter for the aftermarket ... had to end up running my own ground from the battery to the radio and a power from the batt to a switch to the radio and then play a game of finding which ones were the speaker wires so i found the front left front right and rear right but no rear left and no twitters on the windshield pillars -

thank you that is exactly what i was looking for so when i go to build my custom bumpers i will have to figure out how to put a swing arm on it -
1. Custom intake - done 2. Custom bumper - on the drawing board I know that they suck but Oh welI i plan on makeing it all out of 2" pipe as I have yet to see a r50 with a tube bumper hopefully I see some progress on this soon 3.lift - on hold I plan on doing the 1.5" spacers up front and the 1.75" spacers in the rear Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk - now Free

i was thinking of pulling one of the spare tire racks of a 1995 pathfinder from my local jy and mounting it on my r50 would this work? i plan on taking my spare off from underneath and running a dual outlet muffler and i cant use the stock anyways as its like 29" or 28" tire and im running 31s im thinking ill have to pull the lock mechanism that holds the tire rack to the hatch and mount that and then find someplace to mount the plate. the only problem i think im going to run into is how rounded the rear edge of the r50s are compared to the squarness of the 1995 model http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/32444-stock-spare-tire-carrier-mod/ i found this wile i was looking at pics of the rack and i like how he moved it up farther and to the right i would want to do the same thing and then put my plate on the rack next to the tire if anyone has done it a link to the page would be nice as i have no idea what to search for to find this

so yesterday i found out i had a running light/side marker out so i changed the bulb and it worked i hop in the seat and notice one of the bulbs in my cluster is out so i pulled that apart and the bulb was fine but i replaced it anyways. but it still didn't light so i went and unhooked the side marker and checked the cluster and the light came back on i put the marker back in and the cluster light went off im not sure if the marker light has been out since i got it (late august) what do you guys think? im quite stumped on this one i am pretty good with the electrical system of vehicals i also noticed that one heater nob wont light up if i have the wipers on the one to select the fan speed but the temp nob and the nob to choose where it blows out always light up if i turn the lights on

thorpe991 replied to SteeevO's topic in Solid Axle Swaps, Hardcore Custom Fab
I would look for them not to have a cat then put a universal hi flow cat farther down in the exhaust and so you can run a 2" or 2.5" full exhaust Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk - now Free -
so i think im ganna order the mount kit that comes with 2 mounts and the berrings from summit

im looking at replacing my struts as they have began to bounce when i hit bumps as far as i know the ore the stock ones from 97 im looking at the kyb struts and reusing my coils i was wondering if the strut mounts off my stock struts would work on the new kyb struts? when i do the struts i will also be doing the rear shocks and puting in 1.75 coil spacers in the rear and 1.5 spacers in the front so i am looking at 49.98 for the to rear shocks and 165 for the spacers and 111.58 for the struts thats all with out shipping and tax so im looking at some were around 352.68 after tax so im looking at about 400 with shipping.

so not trying to jack his thread but if i was to run a single inlet of 2" to a dual outlet of 2" would i be ok or no? i would be runing the stock 1.75 pipe to the 2" inlet of the muffler then running 2" for the tail pipes

ok so iv decided im going to go with the ome coils from rocky road and get the gr-2 struts from rock auto on rocky road it said pathfinder suspension with out struts ... does this mean it comes with the longer shocks?
-
So if I go with the ome coils I most likely don't need the camber kits? And can I order the ome coils from ome.com? Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk - now Free

has anybody used these and if you have is there a real noticeable increase in what it is made to increase this is the one im looking at http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mvc-5712/overview/make/nissan/model/pathfinder/year/1998 i plan on doing somthing similar to his intake mod this weekend http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/28567-custom-intake/ with that intake mod an the spacer will i have a even greater increase in power an mileage or would i lose mileage if i did the spacer?
-
im going to do something similar but even more simpler, there are the 4 bolts that hold the maf sensor/tube to the stock box im going to just get a flange to replace the stock box and hook the cone filter to that then i dont have to worry about the other i might have to replace the bolts but oh well
