  1. So now im confused again. Its finally warm here and and went out and started the truck and it ran perfect. No noise no clutch issues no nothing (stratches head) so drove it around town and threw all the gears no problems what so ever, gonna bleed the clutch because father in law says there is air in it but other than that just kinda confused why it was acting up in the cold the last two weeks

  2. Im gonna try bleeding the clutch this weekend, so it wont be driven, i just checked the clutch fluid which was just dot 3 brake fluid and it was filthy, so hoping that helps but i think i defiantly need to install the flywheel i have cause i hear the teeth grind every ten starts or so.

  3. just moved up to NJ from FL and am having this problem since the cold nights. When i start the truck its very hard to shift into any gear until its warmed up and im down the road and the engine is at normal temp. my flywheel needs to be replaced as i have herd grinding and had it checked by my mechanic. Entire clutch was replaced 5 years ago other than the master cylinder and slave cylinder, trying to save money so i purchased a new master and slave as well as the flywheel and can get it all installed for 325. Anyone have any thoughts or tips here just want her running smooth again and ready to 4x4

  4. Hey all, my service soon light came on a few weeks ago and i just figured a bad O2 sensor and was too busy moving and with work and all to check it. So yesterday got out the scanner to check for codes and got 3! ****** so the codes were PO136 for O2 sensor or curcuit fault, PO335 for Crankshaft postion sensor or curcuit fault and PO500 for vehicle speed sensor or circuit fault. So my question is are all these sensors bad and need replacing or are the circuits bad and how do i tell? also any idea on repair costs if i cant figure it out. Need to pass inspection and this is kinda a problem. Any help would be awesome!

  7. It looks good even with the xterra emblem! I was just giving you a hard time. The emblem on mine was all faded so I sanded it off and repainted it.

  9. any one no what causes this... moving north soon and will need 4 LO. not sure if its a transfer case issue or maybe electrical, switch, blown fuse? new at all this any help would be awesome!! the 4 wheel drive works fine in both 4 hi and lo but the indicator light goes off in lo when it didnt used to...have just recently installed bigger wheels(15/8 rock crawlers) and 31x10.5 BFG AT KO tires and warn manual hubs. any one else have this happen? 10. I installed Thule Roof rack and cross bars into the factory roof panel hooks and after several years of misuse and adding weight well over capacity the roof panel hooks have broken and the rack wont stay tight. I am now relocating for my job and purchased an aftermarket roof basket that i would need for the long move up north and for camping gear ect. I found a web site that sells replacement roof panel hooks but i dont know how to get the old ones out. Anyone have any info that might be able to shed light on this??
