  1. Cool, thanks for the info man! =)
  2. Funny thing, they have it for the 98 too! it's only like 195 too. Hell, I might even think about this one. That webisite has a good selection on Grill Guards too... which is helpfull to me. Sorry for goin off topic! Good luck in your decision! =)
  3. In, my opinion, the Dragon filter looks pretty cool, but I would go with the Secret Weapon because it doesn't need the Adaptor. I personally have never used them, nor do I know the difference performance wise, which I know doesn't really help, but hey! just givin' my two cents =) Both look really slick, but I would do the Secret Weapon =)
  4. Hey errbody =) Just got back from a quick trail ride with a few buddies in the pathy. I noticed a button on the shifter knob that said over-drive. I turned it on, out of curiosity and didn't really know what it did. Could someone tell me what that button does? Sorry for sounding like a neeewwbb, just trying to figure everything out on the car. OH. one more question. DO I have to come to a full stop when switching from 2 to 4H? I have always just stopped at the entrance of the trails and put it in 4, just being safe. I know to do all the shift ti neutral to go to 4L and all that, but not about the 2 to 4. Again, sorry for the newby question.
  5. Just got back from a quick trail ride. Got a picture of my stock suspension flex :) I'll post it up soon.

  6. That's great! I'm getting BFG Rugged Trail T-A's (32's) for my tires, so I'm sure they will fit fine. That full 6 will eventually happen I hope. maybe if my car is still running after a few years!
  7. Added an OMGDrift.com sticker Gotta rep my main love of Drifting <3
  8. I really want to get my car dirty this weekend. Just cleaned her yesteday :)

shoot it with a paintball gun?

  9. I get around 15 mpg.. on average. Which, after reading most of y'alls, is bad. lol I need to run all the way out and fill all the way u[ and see hoow far I can get. I usually just fill up once I get to about a quarter left. With gas as much as it is these days, it cost me 60 bucks for a full tank I believe. I have to fill up atleast once a week too, which is annoying. that's about 50 a week, lol. Oh well, it's my parents money
  10. See that's my problem, when I looked Old Man Emu only had .5" lifts for my year model. I'm probably going with the 4 set from 4x4parts. From all the searching that I've done for lifts thats the best I can find. I should point out I want atleast a 2 inch. @Matty, I would do the whole set-up, but I don't have the money for it, which is why I wanted to make sure I was able to do just coils.
  11. Hey everybody! I was wondering if any of my fellow Georgia Residents know of any good trails up around the Forsyth County or general North Georgia area that are fun to drive. If so lemme knoooowww
  12. Oh man, as I am a major drift nut, probably a Toyota Chaser JZX100. 2J Powa!! OR a 1998 Nissan S14, with an S15 front end conversion with a 2JZ swap. Wanna go a little crazy? a 20B Powered Onevia S13 truck wise, for sure a Toyota FJ Cruiser or a Land Rover LR4. I love my Pathy more than anything else though <3 There ya go... lol
  13. Hey man! I was wondering where you bought your lift at? I have the same year and model and I'm having a hard time trying to find a lift.

  14. Dang! I 3rd that under body comment, that is awesome!
  15. Wow, for real? awesome. That makes my life a lot easier lol. I have found some rear shocks that will fit a 2 for pretty cheap, so I will probably get those also. On 4x4 they recommend a Camber kit, do I really need that with a 2 inch, or is it just something extra to get along with a lift.
  16. Alright, I'm truely sorry if this has been answered, but I searched it and nothing came up, so I thought I should go ahead and ask. Also, let me point out I am a "noob" to the whole off road scene. I am a Drifting Fanatic and that is my forte. I can tell you all about parts for suspension, engine, exterior and interior and obviously, all that is totally different. So bear with me with this suspension question I have a 98 SE, 4WD. I want to lift it, really bad, but I don't want to spend a TON of money. I was looking on 4x4parts.com and they sell the lift kits, for like 700 bucks, but then they also sell the 2 inch lift coils by themselves, for 360 bucks. I was wondering, if I already have bilstein shocks in the rear, if I could get just coils to lift my car. or do I have to get the whole kit for it to work. If in fact, I must have the whole kit, where can I find the cheapest 2" kit? Thank you for any feedback, good or bad. I am just having a hard time understanding all of this.
  17. SHows how much I know! lol Thank you for that info, much needed aswell. On those antennas I just kind of, stuck them on the car. Only one of them is wired also. The other one is just mounted on. Reason for those being there, is just the trend that most highschool kids such as myself have with rigs. Your point makes a lot of sense actually. So, with this being said, where is the very best place on the Pathfinder for just the one that is wired. The other one, I will just not use on the car. Also, I don't have a speaker for the CB yet, so as of right now all the unit is use for is the PA system. If you could also lemme know where I could get a speaker for the CB that would be great also. Back on topic. Thank you Nunya for the info, I know of a few shops around here that could probably do some custom work for me (pipe bending), but it migth be a little expensive. Then again, I have no clue what it will cost. I will for sure, go to a few places to see whats possible. Thanks a lot for the help!
  18. Alright, thanks for the info!

  19. Hey HitMan, I have a question about the Brush Guard and the Rack you have on your car. That question is, where do I get them?! I've been looking for a decent BG for a while and the rack is just sexy on your car. I have a 98 SE and for some reason, I find it hard to find armor for the early R50 models. Maybe you could let me in on some sites that have a good selection? sorry for the sto...

  20. Sounds good, thanks for the welcomes! I'll post some pictures when my car gets out of the shop tomorrow!
  21. Hey everyone! My names Garrett and i have recently gotten a 98 Pathfinder SE 4WD. It had some leaks in the Power Sterring and oil sender, but they have been fixed and it runs perfect now! I joined the forum to get a few questions answered. I'm sure some might be answered already somewhere on the site, but I would like them to be answered directly to me 1. What is the best Lifting Suspension out there for a good price and what is the best height to be lifted at. 2. Cheapest, but decent mudding tires? 3. Where is a good place to find Racks and Armor for my car. As you can see i'm looking for lower priced stuff as i'm kinda low on cash for this. At the moment I will probably only do tires and then eventually lift. So that is my main focus. Thanks for lettting me join and I hope to see my questions answered
