  1. yes i hear you on the vents on the front of the hood but i do have a bull guard so i can just place them there, but i already have two lights on there but i will look into the hood placement your talking about heres how my truck looks like now as you can tell i can place them on the top bar of the bull guard but that will be in the way of my view? but the hood vents seem father away so ill look into that
  2. this sir is pretty &^%*ing awesome!!!! wow! never would of thought of this! lol i like the idea! keep the pics coming! haha
  3. Which hood inserts are you talking about? The three in the front where the air flows in? Or the two near the wind shield wipers? How would you go to taking them apart?
  4. Thanks for the opinion but the only reason I will use these light will be when I go offroading so most of the problems you said wont apply to me as I'm not driving on the street with them on. Also the mounts from the raptor looks like it can be fit in between the fender and hood, a good drilling to the holes would be all that is needed. Also that photo of the calendar would be great if you can find it. Another thing, I don't have a welder so I wouldn't kno how to built a brakets from the bottom up, I was hoping I can go to like a homedepot or lowes and buy a bracket there and mod it alil to fit on the hood somewhere. Thanks for the help guys! I'm getting a lot of ideas now

  8. thanks for the info but i have aftermarket cragar D window rims with a i think 4" backspacing if im correct. it rubbed on the front fenders so i trimmed the front but now the back of the front fenders are touching and that's part of the frame so i cant trim that unless i lift my truck(stock height) so maybe reindex the t-bars might fix this. thanks for the link!
