Hey just thought id jump in on this thread since i have the same problem, my front is an easy 2-3cm lower (top of wheel to bottom of wheel arch) im getting a full new suspension system soon, (including torsions) this should effectively level the car shouldn't it? im assuming because the front suspension has been in for almost 20 years without modification, and has been put through some serious 4x4 hell (and done well) that the heavy engine is slowely weighing the front down more than the suspension can push back up. anyway im no expert so look forward to your reply's

For Mudding/Sand - Turbo; size depends on how fast you plan to go (eg my stock 91 terrano turbo kicks in at 2200rpm so i have to stay above that to keep it spinning) but when its spinning they work well (which is why majority of cars are turbo not super) However if you are planning on lots of intense, low rpm rock climbing, a supercharger might be a better option, summary: mud+sand - Turbo rock climbing - Supercharger

    btw did the bodylift make much difference on urs? not sure to do one on mine or not..

  7. or what you could do is get a new set professionally installed expensive but i think worth it for the warranty,, (mines getting done today)
  8. hahhaaa i honestly dont know why you all went to such trouble to get these, mine came standard in my 91 terry, bout as usefull as a surfboard made of cardboard, think ull kno if uv rolled but they do have a certain look factor i guess

Hey ive just started this thread as ive seen lots of others doing similar, so ill list some of my 1991 Terrano's specs and the mods ive done to her, along with photos to go with most of the mods. Shes definately an on going project, and will be to the day i sell her, its just so easy to keep spending and modifying 4x4's... Heres a bit of a list of what ive done to her since i got her a few years ago: --Heavy Duty Clutch (and flywheel machined) --3" Ridepro Suspension lift --2.5" Turbo Back Exhaust --2.5" Turbo Dump Pipe --31" Cooper ATR's on 15x8 White Sunraisers --JDM Carbon Fibre Intake (with direct piping to the turbo) --Rhino Rack+Basket Roof System --BO Car Alloy Bullbar --Hella Spotties --Custom Fit 730CCA Truck Battery --Remote Central Locking --Midnight Tinting --$2000 Sound System --Uniden UHF --Custom Built Rear Storage --Custom Built Center Console --New CV Joints Few weeks After I Bought It, 100% Stock, Except I Tinted it and Spotties 1 Month Later With My New Rhino Roof System. 6 Months Later, Just Replaced The Clutch With A Heavy Duty 4x4 One, And Second hand BO Car Bullbar,Also Had Remote Central Locking Fitted (i like buttons) The Old Sound System, Now Upgraded to Oldschool Solobaric Sub + Alpine 6x9's will Upload Photo soon (budget system here) Keep going through the pages of this thread to see the changes since this was posted
