  1. I seem to have some negative camber going on on the driver side front. I know i did not bend the c's when i knocked them off and im pretty sure they were square when i welded them back on. Thoughts?
  2. Thanks guys! I havn't had much time to work on her. I did take it down the road the other day. Steering is a little squirley, which some of that may be do the the terrible road i live on back in the sticks. I need to tune on my toe settings a little.
  3. Got everything cleaned up and painted. Finally got my jam nuts in for my steering and got it buttoned up. Im gonna try to get it to the exhaust shop soon and get that done. Here are a few pics. Also got my other nissan cleaned up.
  4. Thanks man. Yea i want it to have good road manners and do well off road. I have a 4 year old boy that cant wait to go for a ride in it. You have a good looking pathy yourself!
  5. Thanks man. Yea i would have liked to kept the H233B. I actually sas'd it about 6 or 7 years ago. I didn't do my homework and just hacked all the factory link setup off the rear and leafed it with yota leafs. I wish i would have just long armed it, but at the time i just wanted it high in the sky. I ended up junking all my factory parts. I was actually going to redo it this time with leafs in the front again but after studying nissannuts site about a million times, i talked myself into linking it. Im glad i did.
  6. Thanks guys! Axles are from a 88 grand wagoneer. Lower links are 36", upper 23", trackbar is about 26". I wanted the upper a little longer but I would have had to modify the trans crossmember a good bit. It should be fine.
  7. These pics are the first time i pulled her out of the shop for a little test and tune. In the pics of it flexed, it still has about 2" of up travel and about 5-6" of droop left in her. I still have to put gears in the front, manual hubs, build a driveshaft, get my exhaust redone, and a few other odds and ends.
  8. Thanks man. It turned out really good. I plan on building front and rear bumpers and a rough rack in the near future. Here on some more pics.
  9. Finally finishing up my pathy build. D44's front and rear, ballistic fab chromoly joints, ballistic coil mounts and coil buckets, 5.13 gears, bronco 5.5 lift coils and a bunch more goodies.
  10. I'm running 5.13's in my pathy. I dont have any complaints. Havnt wheeled it any, but around the yard and down the street it seems to be just fine. Im running 35's.
  11. Yea your stuff looks really good man. Do you have an online store or somewhere i can see some prices? Preferably on a set of shackles? Thanks for the info buddy
  12. Yea i plan to go through the frame with my shackle mounts. I just havnt decided if i want to stay with the yota springs or go with a different spring. Nismopathy do you have any more pics or a build thread on your rides? I like the stance they have. Thanks bud
  13. Sup guys. How important is it to have the leaf spring eyes sitting fairly level? I have a 88 pathy sas'd with a waggy d44. Im using yota rear leafs up front. As it sits, the rear eye of the front leafs sit quite a bit lower than the front. I have my shackle mounts welded under the frame instead of through it. I am trying to keep the pathy as low as i can. I know i could go through the frame and gain a little height back as far as the eyes being level. But is it that important? Thanks in advance
  14. I checked voltage to the injectors and it was good. I also checked the diagnostics codes and got a code 21. Kinda seems like it might have jumped time or something but i would think that would have caused some noticeable damage.
  15. Yea it has a good spark when you ground a plug. I didnt take the cover off and actually look at the timing belt. Just took the dis. cap off and made sure the rotor was turning. Might need to visually check it out tho.
  16. So i finally got a chance to go check out my buddys pathfinder. I didnt have a fuel pressure gauge but it seemed to have sufficient pressure when i took the line off of the throttle body. I checked the coil, wires, plugs, dis. cap, and button. All were good. It is getting good spark and what looks to be good fuel flow. The timing belt is not broke. When you turn it over, it wont even attempt to start. I sprayed some starter fluid in the tb and still nothing. It did however seem to cough or backfire a few times. I havnt done a compression test yet either. Any thoughts?? Thanks in advance.
