Well, now that my rathfinder is a 4 foot cube I need tp find something eles to drive. ai can get a WD21 for around 1,000. its has 100k miles maybe and a new clutch. is this a decent price for it i think its an 88 or 89. I know that its nothing like my r50 but i really want another pathy. What is a good price range on the WD21 with 150kish miles? they hold value well in the state because of 4wd, i know they can range in price but what is too much to pay for one of these. And dont be saing "you cant pay too much for a pathy" i dont plan on doing much work on it other than tires and maybe a lift. im lookinh for a 5sp only because i like them. any help? or if one of you guys who has like 4 pathy's feel like sponsering me one that would be cool too>.

insurance totaled it i had full coverage the MAF was crushed by the grill gaurds sorry. it was a mess the engine got pushed back a good 4 inches the frame is twisted and ill be lucky if i dont loose my licence. 3rd at fault accident in 2 years ill probebly get charged with neglegence and have my license revoked for 1-2 years

nah a BFH isnt going to fix this one look at the front wheels ahhh i messed up. we have no money to fix it so its going to the junkyard

well i just totaled my pathfinder. i was going up over the local bridge and hit some black ice doing maybe 40 and with the steering as bad as it was i couldnt recover and pushed the grill gaurd into the engine block. sounded like a few piston rods snaped but it was still funning on four cylnders. well im ok and so is my firend but the car is done so maybe ill be kicking around her once in a while but thanks for the help and ill see you guys around pics soon.

well the bad news is the pathy has to sit in my drive way for a good while.... the good news. my parents will keep it insured so i can bust my ass to get money to fix it. no real importance but im happy becuase my mom wanted to junk it and my dad was like "hell no" it was his mid life crisis car and he doesnt want to let it go... he tells me not to buy things for it yet after he scolds me infront of mom, he tells me "i always wanted to do that"

thanks... i was thinking its at the point where my parents want to junk it maybe i can convince them to let me do the work myself. which i know i can do. they dont trust me. I'll do some bambi eyes and say "well at least if we are gonna junk it let me try to fix it" i'll cry alittle too

well here is the deal... my car budget is about 7 cents right now with college. but im hoping to make due. when i turn the steering wheel it feels hard to turn at some spot but normal in other. like if i put my hand on the top and turned the wheel it gets stiff at 2 oclock and 10 and so on but not constantly. not sure whats going on. Front disks are toast. my dad never got a break job and never told me the calipers have dug into the disks. the suspension is gone mostly the bushings are worn away.... unless you huys have any ideas other than junkyard parts...not alot of r50's in the junk yards, Im going to have to sell mine to some one looking for a project car i mean it drives but i give it 2-3 months before something goes ******... im kinda depressed if this gets junked i wont have any car unless i buy a $200 honda..... well thanks for any help you can give.. im really sad because this is really looking like the end for my pathy.... :sniff:

Thats sucks I hope you make a good recovery. i have had many of the same problems I must be one of the only 18 year old kids in college who doesnt drink. only difference is im 6'2" 260lbs and have a very poor disposition. I always do DD because most of my friends are girls and i could never forgive myself if something happend. This is what happend to me.. not trying to jack your thread. I was at the bar sitting at a table drinking coffee like a looser when 3 guys started coming on to my very busty very drunk friend. so they were like dancing and such. Then they took her outside for a smoke. well i was pissed at this point and i follow them out side. when i get around they corner they are trying to force her into the car. I walk up and politly ask them to stop. drunk kids are so hospitable. Then It was done i say "Walk the *my "vocabulary" is so small* AWAY." they stop trying to force her in to the car and walk over to me and start talking @!*%. I said they were all alittle drunk and everything will be fine if i take my friend home. that went over well. i get hit in the face. the bouncer was witness to this so i grop the kid with one punch. i never countinue hitting people when they are down so i started to walk to my friend. and next thing i know 3 kids are coming up to me. Im not bruce lee but i know my stuff. Any way in the end they had black eyes and bruised egos. I walked away with a few scratches. i hate fights. why do scawny drunk kids pic fights with me... ill never understand

ive put 1/2 spacers on a 1976 ford elite (family version of the turino) it got stret tire that were 8in wide and were hiting the wheel wells. they dont cover the whole hub so you reduse the surface area of the rims stbility. fine for a pavement pounder bad for and kind of twisting or bending from off roading

so im driving down the road and my car seems fine out of nowhere the engine cuts out, so i pull over and get out to fix it. i have a 14mm wrench and a flat head screw driver. So then everything is fine and i continue driving. After a while BAM the front axle falls off. Then there is the good dream about picking up my truck with a nice 3" lift new tires with nice grip, dual flowmaster coming out the side and a full set of PIAA's on the front, i get in rev it up and take off down the trail with 4 or 5 other pathfinders and after a long day of mudding i wake up happy

so i drove through this puddle near school and turns out its full of road salt. because morton salt storage is up the street. if i were to clean the engine and hosed it down what would the best way to do this be. thanks for the help. pathfinder 97 blah blah blah

correct me if im wrong but, i just dont think wire will add horse power so dont spend 250 on them. if you have a super coil putting out 50,000 watts of power then maybe stock wires arent good but i would reccomend just a set of like duralast wires some good sparkplugs and maybe get a new rotar and cap. thats what i did and it runs 100% better than before

well i went to firestone for new tires and they seemed to do ok except they lost 2 of my lugs and when they flushed the radiator they got it all over the engine and it stunk for a week. but seriously they did a good job on the balancing and all.
