  1. No damage done Precise. Thank you though... that is exactly what I was looking for! You da man!
  2. I have a 94 SE, with chrome pkg, tire rack, nerf bars, all the factory goodies... except adjustable suspension. So after hours of reading thread after thread, I decided to find out for sure if I have a limited slip diff. So I jacked up the back, put it in neutral, had my wife spin the rear tire to see if the opposite spun in the same direction, it didn't and to my dissapointment... NO LSD. Crap! So I am trying to find out a few things... Who makes a rear locker for the WD21? I have looked at Lock-rite, Detroit locker, OZ, and ARB. It looks to me like ARB is the only one who supplies Nissan, but it is a air locker, and I want a full time locker, or a really good limited slip. I have looked all over the site, and can't really find anything. PLEASE HELP!
  3. Ya, Harbinger I live in Boise. I have a few friends that regularly hit the hills in Eagle, Nampa, and up at Bogus with me. We should head out sometime and get pics of the Pathys playin together and get them posted on the sight.
  4. I feel you man. Here in Boise it is the same story with the exception of salt. D.O.T. lays down sand... ya no rust here!! My biggest complaint is that the majority of drivers don't know how to drive in snowy/icy conditions. It is so funny you see HUGE lifted Cummins TD's or Powerstroked Fords slid off the side of the road, because they think that 37" tires + 4 wheel drive = indestructable, what a bunch of yahoos. But I tell you what the Pathy is very stable, no issues here!
  5. I am one of the lucky few who have multiple Pathfinders. The '05 is AWESOME... but in a different way. Its so refined. It rides as smooth as a Caddy, is as fast as a sports sedan, and gets really good MPG for a SUV. But when I am pulling out of the driveway, the '94 gets the nod more often than not. Sure its not as refined, fast, or comfortable, but it is like a old pair of slippers... it just fits right. I am actually thinking of selling the '05 because I never drive it since buying the '94. So long story long, I vote the WD21!
  6. I really like the BFG Mud Terrain, currently I have the BFG All-terrains and they work great. Anything larger that a 31/10.50 will rub without cranking the torsions. Good luck
  7. I would have to agree with Chaser. One of my employees has a 2001 Xterra with 50k miles, and I drove it the other day.... what a dog. My '94 has a noticable difference in everyday normal driving as well as stop light runs. On the wifes SC Xterra we did a cold air intake and it made a little bit of a difference, but has a really cool whirling sound. The Pathy will get the upgrade soon too.
  8. Wow, I guess I will NEVER make the mistake of asking a question again. If you don't have an answer than keep quiet, WTF MZXTREME... And if you read the thread it asked about the adjustable suspension, that's it. You REALLY need to chill. I guess you didn't have an answer to the original questions, so you try to make people feel stupid. Thats great.
  9. I was wondering a few things on the XE & SE packages. Was a limited slip diff. offered on the XE if you had the power & convienence pkg ( outer tire rack, pw, ect.), or was that for the SE package only? If you ordered a SE did you automatically get the limited slip, or was it still an option, and how do you find out?? And finally I noticed that my 94 SE does not have the adjustable suspension... was that an option on the SE as well? Thanks for any answers to help me out.
  10. I like the SE package better, I have had XE's as well. I like the lego wheels, and the upgraded interior, sunroof, chrome package, ect... Here is a pic of my '94 SE, complete with new wheels & tires.
  11. Here is a photo of all 3 of my Nissan products.
  12. Nothing beats the first gen Pathfinder. I have a 1994 Pathfinder SE-V6, and also a 2005 Pathfinder SE 4x4. The newest Pathfinder is amazing, fast, and comfortable. But I did take it out in the hills, with light mud, and was quite disapointed. The stupid anti slip traction control just wouldn't allow any wheel spin. You can turn it off, but it is not fully defeatable, and it hurts you off road. No problems like that with the '94. Just point at a hill and let it do the rest, no electronic gagets to get in the way. So now the 2005 has been given the duty of Friday, and Saturday pimpin. I even got a set up 22" rims for it, now that I don't take it off road. I leave that to a REAL Pathfinder... the 1994.
