Great news! VSI 50 has been "Indefinitely Postponed"! Nice work everyone that sent letters.

That's a good idea, I don't have the funds for it though lol.

I know, those new laws are the biggest load of crap I've ever seen! If it does get passed then they'll want to take it to other states too. I've already sent a letter to my local MP about it.

I just need to get my hands on a wiring harness and the plugs for the back of the spotties which i can't seem to get easily. I went into Coventrys and they have a male and female kit, but i only need the female so i don't know what I'm supposed to do because I would need two kits then at $28 each then a wiring harness for a further $70. Once I sort out the plugs I'll look at Jaycar and see how much it would be to make up a harness myself instead of buying a kit. /End whinging poor student.

Haha I thought I'd jump in here too I'm very keen for a trip, when i can get time from uni, my timetable is intense. I've got only 2 hours on monday which @!*%s me because of all the travelling time then 9-6 for tuesday to friday. Few updates on the 4by: I got a UHF, aerial and a pair of Hella Rallye 4000 for free from my uncle The UHF is installed, the spotties are still sitting around.

Hehehe my front passenger one does that quite often, it makes me laugh, the passenger would too but they can't breathe anymore...

It's a green light on the dash, on the right hand side, at the bottom. It has a 4wd symbol on it too. I can get a pic if you want.

It doesn't sound like mine, mine i a 1992 model though, it stays on all the time when I have it in 4H or 4L.

If you're interested then I know a guy off Perth4x4 that had an intercooler from a honda or something that he only wanted $50 for, I don't know if he still has it. I can give you his number if you want.

Ok, prices are in, my vacuum pump is $165, they didn't have any R20's there so the other intercoolers that they had (assuming they're from a GU or something) were $220 and hood scoops from GU's are $165. To me all of this seems like a rip-off...

I'm the guinea pig hey?! I thought about the wreckers but Wanneroo 4x4 have always been really expensive. Except for when my car was broken into, they gave me the bits of the dash that were broken for free... After my sob story.
