Take the exhaust manifold shield off on the right side. Look for a crack. Seems like the right side is the one to crack. Mine was cracked, but I had 103,000 before I thought about checking for a tech note at the dealer. If it's cracked, show the service writer.

I've combed the internet looking for headers for my 97 Pathfinder. From what I gather, Stillen used to make them but discontinued. I've got a cracked right manifold, and I'd really rather put on headers rather than another manifold. Anyone know of a source or I'd also buy used Stillens if in decent shape.
