Dingy18
I've seen videos on removing radiators, but I'd like to know the process of removing the pathfinder radiator, mines is bent so I found someone parting theirs out and told me I would have to pull it. (This is my first car, sorry if I sound like a noob lol.)
Steve_RI
Drain coolant into something you can reuse or recycle (Use drain peacock on radiator or remove lower hose) Take the clamps off top and bottom hoses and detach them from radiator. From here there are a couple bolts on the sides that need to be removed. After that, slide it up and out and put the new one in. I forget if the shroud comes out with the radiator, but you can tell easily enough once you get it loose. See procedure on here somewhere to bleed system when done. Pretty simple job, good luck
msavides
You have to pull the clip from the bottom of the shroud and then it will clear the Fan, pulling the radiator and shroud up together after removing the hoses and the 2 mounting bolts on the top of the radiator. vagabond
or pull the fan and the shroud, makes it easier to remove the hose clamps and gives you a lot more room Edited February 16, 2018 by vagabond
