Maz
I put in new u-joints last weekend. And after 700 kms of driving they are toast again. I am running the trailmaster 4 inch lift and the pinion angle looks decent. Anything else I should check?
88pathoffroad
Well, that's different. Of all the moving parts on a Pathfinder, the u-joints are some of the least talked about parts. The 4" lift shouldn't have much to do with it, mine has at least that much in the rear and no problems.
Maz
yeah replaced them cause I had a sweet vibration between 80-110 kmh now it is when I am driving around town with the new ones.
GrimGreg
Stupid question, but gotta ask were the new ones greased? Maybe check your clearances and your driveshaft its self. The driveshaft might be out of balance or bent.
