Are my passengers too fat?

The passenger side sits a little lower than the driver side, by a few inches. I'm replacing the shocks soon and hopefully getting a body lift to go along with it. Will that even it out? Also, what about removing the sway bars..does it effect anything besides the flex?

Male, female? What are their weights... pics would be helpful. I don't like to make fun of fat people though, they tend to run outta breath when trying to chase me down.

imma realy good shot... no need to run sly

No, new shocks probably won't help much. They absorb impacts and such while driving, but don't support the weight of the truck. The torsion bars do, like leaf or coil springs in other vehicles. You'll most likely need to crank the passenger side torsion bar a bit to level it out. They tend to settle in old age, but its very easy to do.

Removing sway bars will result in more body roll around corners. You will need to slow down more for corners with no swaybars.

Shocks won't help even out the ride, no. The torsion bars in the front suspension are your friend for fixing this problem. There are a few write-ups on how to do this in the Garage under the How-To section. I'd suggest fixing your problem pretty soon before it gets worse. I've seen torsion bars break before.
