I think you'll have to set backlash, etc if you want to change carriers internally. Get a Lock-Right and never have to rebuild it again! The LSD will eventually wear out. What year Pathy did the new diffs come from anyway? They had several different revisions internally. Different bolt patterns, etc.

The Lock-Right for the WD21s won't fit in the R50 H233B. The axle splines are different. The WD21 H233B has 31 splines, where the R50 (and WD22) have 33 splines.

 

OEM open, OEM LSD, or ARB locker are the only options for the R50.

well i got em in! i can feel the difference... a lot beter.. although i did lose the LSD that looked a little hard to swap out my self... im a little broke now so i didnt pay and get it all done with the LSD... just means i need a locker now when i can afford it
