CDN_Pathy
I have been having a low RPM hesitation and stumbling problem. For some reason if I apply 1/4 to 1/2 throttle it spits and sputters really bad, however if you floor it it seems to work. I have replaced the plug wires, distributer cap and rotor but the problem still continues. Any suggestions at all would be appreciated :help:
Filthy Luker
Spark plugs maybe? Check your air filter and MAF to see how dirty they are, make sure your MAF is grounded properly (i think it's the middle of the three wires), vacuum hoses, etc... CDN_Pathy
Couldn't find any vac leaks, but I will check the MAF
Ramithepimp77
Is it when its Idealing too? Because on my old car it was the fuel filter. Took it out, put a new one in, ran fine. Ive had probs like this with a fuel filter, dirty fuel injectors, and bad gas. Im not really good with this kinda stuff but might as well try it. Its not to spendy and its WAY easy to replace it. Someone should chime in and tell him the RIGHT answer now hahaha Rami P.S. A few times I went through some DEEP water that would happen to me too hahah. Make sure your not in a pond or lake or something.

deej
Try a bottle of gasline antifreeze/injector cleaner then try replacing the FF. Edited January 30, 2006 by deej
CDN_Pathy
I have already replaced the fuel filter but I will try the injector cleaner as it is cheap and easy oh and at idle it is fine, it is only when you step on the gas with load on the engine, revs fine if in neutral
Mookie
Hi, Does this happen when the engine is warm only, or does it happen right when you start it up? (engine cold)
