wheelmanLS1
Ebay. That said, I accidently bought (40) 194 blue LED lights from Ebay and I'll just give you guys some if you want them. No charge. Period.
vengeful
Did you notice any increase in brighness of the gauges? Mine aren't very bright. I think I'd like some red ones though. Easier on the eyes.
wheelmanLS1
Yeah, they're brighter (my dash is different from yalls). One thing is that since they are LEDs, the light doesn't spread as evenly as normal bulbs would. That's my only complaint. But blue is all I have... you have to remember that these are free. vengeful
Nick, The fuel light is sporatic at best. In my truck sometimes it will come on when theres 6 gallons left in the tank, or sometimes when theres barely 1. Today, it came on, and when I filled up, it took 19.3 gallons. The last time it came on, the truck took 16.2.
nick1716
the lowest ive ever ran it was i had to put 18.somethin gallons...im afraid to run anylower just to see if it works cuz the guage is so inaccurate and i dont wanna run outta gas! vengeful
I generally carry a 5-gallon gas can with me for that very reason. I've actually gone well below the E and have the truck only take 17 gallons, and had what looked to be 1/8th tank left and run out of gas! Explain that one?
DJ Dank
I have never seen my gas light come on. I have blue/green indiglo gauges that went over the originals which I'm not sure if it may have blocked the gas light or not. My 4x4 indicator light has been out for about 2 years. Not biggie though and not worth the trouble for me.
