nakatsuj
Anyone installed aftermarket electronic guages (electronic with sending unit type)? Im particularly interested in the locations of where you installed the oil pressure and water temp sending units. I have a 97 pathy and want analog guages but am not sure as to where to install them. thanks in advance
Mknabb335
If anyone can find an aftermarket a-pillar gauge pod for 1 gauge for a patthy(96-99) let me know. Need it for a volt meter.
XPLORx4
I've had no success in finding a nice A-pillar gauge pod for the Pathfinder either. I'd like to install an AT temp gauge and a voltmeter, but I've had no luck. For the time being, I'm doing without an AT temp gauge, but for voltage, I've been using my radar detector. I have an Escort Passport 8500, which has a cool feature that displays voltage while in "standby". So far it's worked pretty well.
nakatsuj
Looks like there are no aftermarket stuff out there. I just purchased some autometer carbon fiber guages that Im going to make a custom pod out of fiberglass. I didnt want to do this as it is very time consuming but I want it to look prof. so im going to do it right. Good luck with your installs!
Mknabb335
Some one needs to make an a-pillar guage pod. Here is an idea for a volt meter though. A friend of mine has a tahoe and he put two digital read outs from some capasitors in his over head console. Looks trick and is right on with his caps.
