  1. I had a similar problem on my 5000's. A few washers from ACE hardwear took care of that problem.
  2. I am busy as heck with school and work but if I cant get back here on time my email is Mknabb335@aol.com
  3. I have some cross drilled, slotted rotors for a 99.5-02 r50. Bought for my 97, and the seller neglected to tell me they were for a later r50. But i will more than happily sell them to you.
  4. Does anyone know if the front brake calipers off of a 99.5-2002 R50 would fit on my 97 R50? Thanx.
  5. Ok, sounds good so class 8 is the way to go. Thanks
  6. are you getting rid of your chrome end caps on the rear bumper?
  7. 88pathoffroad: No i didnt throw away anything, it is all bagged, separated and numbered. Some of the bolts broke, stripped or had to be grinded off and i figured I would go with all new stuff since I needed a few new ones anyway. What Mr. Pickles suggested was my plan, to go by what my manual called for. But now from the input I have gotten I will make do with what Ace had availible. Thanks for the info guys, has helped me quite a bit.
  8. mine have a little bit of play, if I pull on them. I figure as long as they are screwed in tight it will be ok.
  9. I have been putting on the AC 2 inch lift and am putting everything back together. My haynes manual I bought for the patthy says that the manufacturer calls for many of the bolts and nuts to be replaced. So I went to my local ACE hardware and did find much of anything. Adavanced Auto Parts said they didnt have anything but said they could mix and match peices to work, this would be ok I guess but I would rather have oem equipment. All I can think now is that I have to go down to the nissan dealer and get all my bolts and nuts from them. If anyone has some info, please help me out here. I have been working on my pathfinder for 4 months now and am really really ready to have it done and finally drive it. By the way what I need is Upper and Lower contol arm (bolts, nuts, and washers), Panhard bar (bolt and nuts), Shocks (bolts and nuts), Struts (upper mouting nuts, strut to knuckle nuts, piston nut).
  10. Crap... I wanted those bad. If I was not at work mabey I would have out bid you. I am glad to see someone on here got them though. Hope another pair pops up. Tell me how they are when you get them on vengeful.
  11. I got the third to last t-15 from 4x4 connection and that was in April. I wanted the t 17 but they had already discontiued it. They had no black so I got the aluminum version. Wanted black but, the polished aluminum looks pretty good since my pathfinder is black.
  12. If it is a cherokee it is a unibody. Therefore it will not have a body lift but all suspension. if you need parts I have an 89 cherokee with a 4.0 inline six and a 5speed. It also has a 3 inch lift.
  13. I am going through the same process and those bolts were a b!tch. I cut mine off. I am replaceing upper and lowers and have to buy new upper control arm mounts along with a new lower control arm. All I see is $ going out the wallet. At least I have a buddy who works in a machine shop and is going to press the bushings for free.
  14. Did you have to take off your flairs to get the 33's to fit w/o rubbing? I am debation on if I should keep mine or not. I have the ac lift and currently going to run 31's untill I can get 5 32 bfg mt kms. By the way you have a nice Pathfinder.
  15. I wonder how much lift that is and if there is rubbing?
  16. Some one needs to make an a-pillar guage pod. Here is an idea for a volt meter though. A friend of mine has a tahoe and he put two digital read outs from some capasitors in his over head console. Looks trick and is right on with his caps.
  17. hey by the way is that a tjm t-15 bull bar? I have a t-15 in the polished aluminum version.. The first week I put it on a ups trucked backed into it. Only put a couple scratches on in about a cm. deep at most. Hard to believe it took on a big truck like that with only scratches, plus the fact the bumper weighs 30 lbs!
  18. If anyone can find an aftermarket a-pillar gauge pod for 1 gauge for a patthy(96-99) let me know. Need it for a volt meter.
  19. I am putting on my ac 2inch lift and discovered that one of my lower control arms was bent(from previous owner). Do I need to get another one or can I make do. I would like to buy a new one, so does anyone know where I can get one? I am thinking junk yards but if someone make an adjustable control arm that would be cool. Thanks.
  20. Hell yeah I really appreciate the feed back. I think I am leading towards the T-17, looks cool and pretty indestructable, plus the fact it is on sale. I would deff. paint it black since my patthy is black. I agree the aluminum finish is butt, especially on pathfinders..... saw a pic. I think I might actually take some peices off of my some what destoyed brush guard weld them on to the T-17. Who knows .
  21. I am looking for a after market front bumper for my r50. The only thing I have found is an ARB for over $1000. I cannot seam to find much else available. I want more than a stock bumper, price is some what of an issue....
  22. Ok I had an idea.... Will the 00-02 grill and corner lights swap on to my 97... Will I have to change fenders? If swappable I think a face lift is in order.
  23. The easiest way I think, and how I found out... power brake it!! If both spin you got LSD, if one wheel peel you dont.
