I hook up a empty 6x10 trailer and my backdrops to within half inch of the wheel well. any ways seen a lot on suspenion topics here but nothing on towing. was looking at the 2 inch lift from 4x4parts. w shock and strut setup would go best for hauling a trailer. was looking at the rncho struts and 5000 package any advice would help. thanks
88pathoffroad
Um, shocks don't have anything to do with load carrying capacity, only shock absorption. It's a unibody mommy-mobile, what do you expect?

Airlift is a company that makes a set for your Pathy. They look like this. http://www.airliftcompany.com
lewisnc100
I've got those in my 97 for towing, you can also get full kit with the onboard compressor. Just the basic set shown is around $70 and takes 1-2 hours to install.
