Brad251
I've been told u can swap a VG30I to a VG30E I have an 88 and the newer engines are cheaper and lower miles and a little more power. What else has to be done if you put a E engine in an I truck? ECU swap? Thanks in advance Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
Mr_Reverse
ECU, wiring harnesses, intake hose, air filter assembly, O2 sensor that matches the ECU. That is the major parts, it should all be a bolt in otherwise.
Brad251
Thanks I found an engine outta a 95 with only 59k on it with a 90 day warranty for $600. For that price it's just a better call to go this way. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
