ryjaytay38
I have a 2001 Pathfinder and lost my caliper mounting bracket bolts. Does anyone know the exact dimensions of the bolts? Thanks in advance!
CortlandCH
Are you just trying to get new ones? I wouldn't rig anything up if I were you. http://www.dormanproducts.com/p-17191-hw14119.aspx?year=2001&make=Nissan&model=Pathfinder&origin=&parttype=Brake%2520Caliper%2520Bolt&position=Front That will show you anywhere near you that sells the bolts. I'm a parts specialist at Advance Auto, so I know these parts are easy to find, but if you find anything cheaper or anything, go for it. Dorman makes pretty good products tho, that's a huge portion of our stock.
ryjaytay38
No, I'm putting new ones on because mine fell out when I forgot to put loctite on when I put new rotors on. I'm an idiot
ryjaytay38
It's actually the big mounting bracket bolts that fell out, not the caliper bolts
CortlandCH
Without pulling mine off, I can't really find the specs on their dimensions. If you're trying to put new ones in, you could do a parts search on most automotive part websites, or go to a local auto parts store and have them grab you a set. hawairish
Can you pull one from your other caliper? Might be easy to take that to your local Ace or True Value and check their Class 10.9 selection. It's probably an M10x1.5 or M10x1.25. The latter is tougher to find. Presuming it's a non-serrated flange bolt. Whatever it is, boltdepot.com probably has it. TowndawgR50
Cheapest bet, if not free (toss'm in your pocket) is to hwad ovee to your local junkyard and grab them from another similar truck.
