No ecu codes. It still starts up and runs flawlessly. I drove it all night last night like this, turning it on an off at work. So I know the battery and alt are good, otherwise it would have died at some point.

Well I feel stupid. It was a fuse. I read through them earlier but none seemed to be related. I pulled each one at time and It was the back up lamp fuse, probably related to my manually wired reverse lights.
