Guest ryeguyz
The button on the far left side of dash that says something like E-Auto Power? What does this button do? I push it , but don't notice any drop down tv's from the roof, what does it do?
hardwaretoad
I think it delays the shift points on your auto tranny so you can pass easier, etc. I've got the same thing on my '91 Supra. Allows you to run higher revs between gears...
headpeace
yeh thats true, it allows higher rpms for each gear, if u slam the pedal to the floor while stopped or going rather slow it will automatically go into this mode(like power mode or somethin), you'll see a light flash on to let you know this has happened automatically(cant rememberbut its on the dash, I think its orange or yellow), the button is to allow u to go in this mode maually,
flnl
Yep. Power OFF = shifting at lower RPMs = less power = "good" fuel economy Power ON = shifting at higher RPMs = more power = drunk pathy -alcohol-

Just out of curiosity, if the EA-T switch is on, will the transmission shift into overdrive?
