ahardb0dy
Anyone ever replace the side rear window glass? I know there are 4 bolts but not sure if it is glued in as well. Service manual shows sealant but doesn't say anything about using primer first like it does for the windshield which I know is glued in using urethane. I searched did not find anything, Thanks
RIPB.88
Could be butyl. Old school method. Unbolt and carefully slice the glue/butyl away. Shouldnt be too hard.
Cuong Nguyen
^^ is correct. 4 bolts and rubber butyl. I heated it up enough to slide a guitar cord through and sawed away.
RIPB.88
Harbor freight also sells a cold knife just like the one I have at work, but the piano wire method works pretty well too.
