5523Pathfinder
Looks like a aftermarket light switch, maybe for fog lights or something. It's not factory. Edited March 6, 2015 by 5523Pathfinder
Azbuilt
Yeah figured to do it in general, would get better results. Has like a star or snow flake on print.
RedPath88
Next time just use the report button and ask us to move it As for the switch, what 5523 said, not factory. You will have better luck tracing the wiring to find out what it is... or was, than with anyone trying to guess as to what it might be, given that it is aftermarket. Azbuilt
It's actually wired into the main harness. Whoever did it, made it look original.
Kingman
Kind of looks like some weird alarm switch
rowdy_canuck
I was thinking rear window defrost?
RedPath88
The symbol kinda makes sense for that I guess, could be an after market replacement switch. Now granted my truck is an 88 and some things changed, but in that spot I have my Cruise On/Of switch and the Rear Window Defrost is in the space to the left, where there is no switch in the pic above. My Defrost switch says Timer / Off and has a pic of a rear window with wavy heat arrows going up it.
kdj
Have you tested it? Maybe it's for nitrous..... If it's wired "in" to the factory harness, are they factory wires? And is just an on/off switch?
SkiBumBrian
I'm with RedPath, My '91 has the CC on/off switch there and the rear defrost timer switch to the left...
CDN_S4
I'm pretty sure that's the ejection seat. Looks like the black and yellow frame faded away. You should refresh that.
Azbuilt
Didn't think of the rear window to test. Haha sorry about not responding to you guys.
