Hides your license plate nicely, lol.... I had to move mine too just cuz the spare was so GD big it hid the stock location. I just happened to do it the same time I installed the tube bumper..

I cut the upper mount off.. Seems good with just the bottom. I think I've got the license plate figured out...might need a light.
