Tailpipe install-a-howitzer?

Is it even poSSible to install the factory tailpipe to the factory muffler without lifting the truck 40" in the air?? I spent about an hour trying to figure out how the thing is supposed to be threaded through the truck but I can't make any sense of it.... anyone take a run at that? Tips traded for beers!!

I think I had luck with a kind of cork screw method.

Ahh...interesting! I'll have to find a way to lift it more than the measly 20" that I can get out of my jacks. My pipe hits the ground before I can get a turn on it... time for a high lift jack!!

I put mine in from the front of the axle. Rotate it slightly to clear the gas tank. I did it without jacking anything but it took some thought while laying down there.

I've jacked the body up a few inches. Makes things a lot easier.
