91pathfiner
Well its been 2 months of working on this tranny swap (working on weekends) and today we finally got all the bell housing bolts in the tranny and engine are "matted". but as we tried to put the crossmember on (the one from the automatic) we couldn't get all the bolt holes to line up. and now I'm looking for another crossmember for a manual. man i had my hopes up. where is the best place to finder them i can't find any anywhere online… and if i need to go to the wreaking yard how much is it worth? (just so i don't get ripped off or something.) any help would be awesome!! Edited March 31, 2014 by 91pathfiner
91pathfiner
I found out to buy a new one its around $150 so we just took the old one and drilled holes when it was lined up so now all we got to do is bleed the clutch and put the slave on. Precise1
I'm sure what you did will work just fine. I have no idea what cross members go for, I've never priced them! B
