  1. Haha ya well I'm driving the car now I'm pumped!!! if it don't fit MAKE IT hahaha
  2. I found out to buy a new one its around $150 so we just took the old one and drilled holes when it was lined up so now all we got to do is bleed the clutch and put the slave on.
  3. Well its been 2 months of working on this tranny swap (working on weekends) and today we finally got all the bell housing bolts in the tranny and engine are "matted". but as we tried to put the crossmember on (the one from the automatic) we couldn't get all the bolt holes to line up. and now I'm looking for another crossmember for a manual. man i had my hopes up. where is the best place to finder them i can't find any anywhere online… and if i need to go to the wreaking yard how much is it worth? (just so i don't get ripped off or something.) any help would be awesome!!
  4. i bought a used manual tranny and i want to put a fresh batch of gear oil in it. its for a 91 4x4 how much will i need for both the tranny and transfer case? i believe its 75w-90 is what is recommended is that correct? its just so stinking expensive i don't want to buy the wrong type or to much.
  5. So how much gear old will i need for a 1991 pathfinder 4x4 manual? how many quarts of 75w-90 do i need to buy?
  6. Okay Thanks that i was looking forever and couldn't find them anywhere
  7. I bought my M/T 164K used it came with the clutch and flywheel but the guy i bought it from had lost the bolts…. i need to know what and where i can buy bolts that work? I'm hoping to have it done by the weekend if i can find these 12 bolts…. its a 91 4x4 se…. 6 flywheel bolts and 6 clutch bolts are needed. any help would be greatly appreciated .
  8. Never mind i got it in. i cut the air ducting with a steak knife just to the right of where the pedal goes and took it out. there was one screw holding it inside the vent. it was easy after that.
  9. I posted earlier about putting in a manual in my 91 4x4 SE… I'm having trouble putting in the clutch pedal. is there a way of doing this without removing the dash? and do you have any advice on anything related to this?
  10. I am currently trying to convert my automatic (4 speed) to a manual (5 speed) and i could not find any information on the wires coming out of either transmission. The manual needs a little work before i put it in i just would like to know what each wire does what and if there ones on the automatic that will work for the manual? i will try to post pictures soon.
