any input on using 50mm wheel spacer? planning to purchase/install to be able to widen my rig's stance, am currently using 235 x 75 R15 mudstar MT tire and my rim is stock. thanks for any input.

There will be mixed opinions on this, but in my opinion, as long as its a HUBCENTRIC and BALANCED spacer, then I would feel comfortable using it. I would not use those cheap stackable shim spacers or a generic. It should match your hubs center bore and preferably be the bolt on type with its own relocation studs(to the intermediate positions between the old studs). I would not want 2" LONGER than stock wheel studs as that's asking for trouble, especially with heavy 4x4 wheels.

thanks guys for the reply, am also thinking of having a negative offset rims instead of spacers but it would cost me a lot thus I came to the idea of spacer installation.. another thing my tach isn't functioning do you guys know where it is plug in the engine? my rig is terrano wd21, td 27NA, manual tranny. lots of thanks.
