Bump stops for rear springs

I have a terrible issue when I flex my rear too far my tires tuck into the wheel well and get stuck and tear up my fenders so I'm trying to put larger bump stomps in. I have the 4x4parts kit. I was thinking about mounting a hockey puck onto the top of the bump stops that are already there. Anyone else have any ideas? Besides smaller tires.

32/11.5/15 and I could trim the fenders but I need to leave the fender flares on because the steel bumper I have looks trashy without the fender flares since it's cut specifically to fit with the flares on.

I hate loosing any flex, so I wouldn't like adding to the bump stops on mine, but I definitely understand the rubbing issues - my tires have "repositioned" my rear flares over the past few years.

Would you have to get longer bolts if you add the puck/spacer to the stops?
