overwest
So I purchased a set of used 100mm spacers recently, and put them on with no issue. Just the other day, I started to hear a ticking noise coming from my right side. I'll pull all of the tires out, sand the mating surfaces, try to anti seize (since i didn't do both the first time), and retorque.I'm just wondering if thats what I should be doing or if there's something I'm forgetting. Here's some pictures (video below)Front Right Close Up Rear Right Close Up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KoOOAaZVC4^Link for the Video^
Kyle94
Do the CV's turn full time on a car50? I'm pretty sure they do... does it get worse when you turn? Does it come from front and rear? Sort of odd, my step dad's s10 does the same thing because his aluminum center caps on his aftermarket wheels are the wrong side and waddle back in forth in the center of the wheel. XPLORx4
Are those spacers hollow? It sounds like a piece of welding slag, or a rock is loose and rolling around inside a cavity in the spacer or wheel casting.
Kingman
Wheel bearing needs some attention?

Sort of odd, my step dad's s10 does the same thing because his aluminum center caps on his aftermarket wheels are the wrong side and waddle back in forth in the center of the wheel. not sure. Ummm. I believe both front and back. Are those spacers hollow? It sounds like a piece of welding slag, or a rock is loose and rolling around inside a cavity in the spacer or wheel casting. As in the holes for the lugs or the middle section? I know the actual casting should be solid. Wheel bearing needs some attention? Not sure. This happened today so who knows if it'll even get fixed. Thanks for all the input though guys if it does get taken care of I'll let you know.

Kingman
Well glad everyone is alright. Was it a head on or a t-bone?
overwest
Well glad everyone is alright. Was it a head on or a t-bone? It was a T-Bone as i was crossing over to the center lane, but he sent my car out five feet at that 45 degree angle, which is why it looks so off.
