XPLORx4 Posted February 12, 2013 Share Posted February 12, 2013 The positive battery terminal has three cables attached to it: the largest cable goes to the starter motor, and the two smaller cables attached to the "red harness" go to the main fusebox (that is, the rest of your truck's electrical system). muddfildvaynes Posted February 12, 2013 Share Posted February 12, 2013 (edited) It can be done, I changed my post set up from top post to side mount post so I could hook my winch up to the top mounts on my yellow top battery.
