Hard to start with rough idle

Already posted in the Garage, but I know I sometimes have a tendancy to only troll the year-specific forum..... Pathy is hard to start and has a rough idle, checked the cam, crank, and coolant sensors, all check good. Only way I can get it to start is stand on the gas while it is cranking, and probably get through 6-8 revolutions before it starts up. If you have any insight, please let me know. Thanks!

Replaced the filter a month ago thinking that may be the problem. Do not have any codes and no CEL. Cleaned teh MAF and didn't have any noticeable improvement. I would much rather have a code so I know where to go, but this is starting to piss me off!!!

Hasn't been mentioned.... plugs? I know that back one is a beach to get to....when I replaced all 6 of mine, it looked like the last guy didn't replace the back one. :/

However, I lean toward TPS. Throttle Position Sensor.
