When i was replacing my bumper, someone asked me that question, and in Washington (STATE) it is "technically" illegal not to have a bumper, the only exception is there is a time period (i think) that you can go without one, or that as long as you are working on it, it is okay. -Kyle Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
