as long as you have your plate on somewhere. they wont give much guff. ive driving around for a couple days at a time with no bumper while doing some work to it. right past cops. :)

When i was replacing my bumper, someone asked me that question, and in Washington (STATE) it is "technically" illegal not to have a bumper, the only exception is there is a time period (i think) that you can go without one, or that as long as you are working on it, it is okay.
