anyone running 5.13 gears.?

i am gathering all the parts i need for my waggy 44 swap and i need some info on running the 5.13 gears...i am going with 35"-36" tires with the automatic trans...how is the power.?

With 37's the speedo is nuts on with 5.38's. So I imagine you are in the ballpark!

 

What 44 are you using? Rodeo?

just the front out of a 86 grand Waggy...keeping the H233b and grabbing 5.14

you know any great deals on Gears.?

I think Rugged Rocks is your best bet... that ratio was never in an OEM rig... so deals are hard to find.

I'm running 5.13's in my pathy. I dont have any complaints. Havnt wheeled it any, but around the yard and down the street it seems to be just fine. Im running 35's.

Only place I have seen factory style replacement gears is 4x4parts and Steevo. Just get ready to pull a loan... Considerably cheaper to just replace the axles with 44's or toy's.

My pathy will be on 37's soon and I'll be running 5.57 gears front and rear. (H233B)

i have 513s/514s......its my dd 44 front 233a/b rear....a housing/b third....no real complants,speedo is 2 mph high
