Heated Seats Mod?

Has anyone tried to do a HEATED SEAT mod.......I saw these on eBay and wondered if it's worth the attempt.

that's what pretty much seat heaters are but i don't know how hard it is to install that in the seats

If you dont feel comfortable taking your seats apart, ask a upholstery shop what they would charge.

I'd question why they are "Carbon Fiber"? I totally expected the item location to be some off shore place selling loads of junk car paraphernalia.

Just reading thorugh the description....

"OEM Style"

meaning its NOTOEM.

 

"OEM factory standard universal"

These words are all mutually exclusive of each other. It can not be OEM AND Universal at the same time!

Nor standard!

 

 

As to carbon fiber, I guess it means the pad stiffener strips that run length-wise between the heater elements?

But why use carbon fiber? It sounds cool?
