hi all im going to put my oul tcase on my newer tranny and i was just wondering if there is a gasket between them of if i should just use some rtv also what fluid and how much do i need for a 92 t case

No, gasket. If mounting to a MT you MUST use oil resistant sealant and make sure you get a good tacky bead before clamping fully. The T-case is what keeps the fluid in the MT.

AT's you can just use a light coat of RTV if you want.
