95pathy4wheeldrive
Hey got a quick question I know this is a stupid one but I'm just wondering I have a 95 nissan pathfinder with 4 wheel drive I can put my 4 wheel drive and 4L how do you put it into 4H. my 4 wheel drive shifter has only 2 positions that I am aware of •4H•2H•N•4L can someone explain to me how this works and how to do it thank you
silverton
I was confused when I got my pathfinder as well. It goes 2HI->4HI->N->4LO farthest forward is 2HI, pull it back and you're in 4HI, push down and pull back and you're in neutral, one more and you're in 4LO. the transition from 4HI after you push down to pulling farther back to 4LO needs to be quick, as the transfer case does not like to be in neutral for long.
