petespath
put new struts on just over a year ago, one is leaking, is there a warranty on this type of part or am I screwed?
adamzan
What brand? I believe KYB has a lifetime warranty. As does monroe and rancho.
180sx
Even some autozone/advance/napa/o'reilly/car quest/checkers/ect. have warranty. Do you have the receipt? If not, you're screwed. And only a year? Sounds like mine! Bad alignment, unbalanced wheels, and a bad ball joint contributed to my premature failure. How about yours? Rick13
How bad is the leak? Like just a little seeping or is it leaving everything covered in black/sticky mess?

The strut is just weeping its not a bad leak. How long do you think it will last?
