Dowser Posted June 14, 2011 Share Posted June 14, 2011 Hey everyone. So its time. Getting everything ready to make the next big move. Back to the Niagara region. Can't wait. We're selling it Privately to save the 5-6% commission that goes along with selling with a Real Estate company. Take a look at the listing if you'd like to see where we've been kicking it for the last 3 years. I'll post 2 links, one for the listing and the other for a photobucket account that has MANY more photo's. We were only able to post up 12 with the company. It's too bad we're moving in some ways, yes its nice to be closer to family, but on the other hand, a house like this in a neighbourhood like this in the Niagara Region would cost upwords of $500,000+ on the cheap side of an estimate. We'll never be able to live in a place like this again. 3200 Square feet without the Basement which is a 1080 feet. And the Garage is HUGE and overbuilt as well. I'm going to miss that for sure. I called for a shipping quote but with the Postal Strike going on right now I had to leave a message. Thanks for all the nice comments all. Our next child is due on the 21st of this month so really any day now, and picture this, Selling this place with over 3200 square feet of living space to head to the Niagara Region to move in with my INLAWS for who the freak knows how long. In all honesty they are really nice people but living in someone elses home with 3 small kids is not exactly the most relaxing situation. We're looking to buy lots of property to build on in the future so we don't want to be rushed into something so for the time being We'll be biting the bullet and seeing how sane we can remain.
