Nice186
Hey cause so I used to own a 97 sc2 Saturn and I must say it was a Fun car to fool around with until the transmission and engine gave up. I was carless for about 2 month( having 2 jobs and full time student) it was hard. Until my godparents decided to give me there 94 XEV6 pathfinder. I was very very happy that they would do this for me. When I got it I was pretty damn happy by how it looked. It looked so damn um manly! Lol Even better is when I checked how many miles it has...59k WOW!!!! For a 94 that's pretty damn awesome! My Saturn had 155k on it! Haha! In all I'm here to stay guys! I do kno how to work on cars as I did do a few cool mods on my Saturn. So I'm ready to work on a new project. I'll be seeing everybody on the forums as I never worked on a truck before so I'll be asking a few questions.
devonianwalk
Welcome to the Pathy family. I didn't think such a Pathfinder existed with low miles as such! Oh, and you must post pics as that is almost a requirement around here.
nunya
Welcome, read up in the garage section and the 90-95 sub-forums. They will be an asset to you. I belive there's a FSM download somewhere there (proably pinned) for 90-95s as well. Congratulations on moving up from the cracker jack toy and show us some snappies of what you got now! Precise1
Welcome and congrats on the 'new' Pathy; a 1994 with 59k miles is rare indeed!! As long as you maintain it and don't let rust take hold, you should have another 200k miles out of it, easy. As Nunya said, pinned in the garage section is a thread on where to download your free FSM so make that a priority. B
clkindred
94 with 59k miles!? WOW, but still, like others have said give it a good looking over. 17 years is hard on a vehicle too. And congrats!!!

Is it just the my screen or does the front bumper need paint up top?

Nice186
Yes it does need paint. Now how would I go about that? What type of paint is best for the metal bumper of this truck. If I'll do the front I should as well do the back. N my saturn tranny blew then about a week later the engine start smoke white so I didn't wanna put more money onto it. It was driving crappy also. Ah, a auto twin cammer, thoses are junk. white smoke could have been anything but but most likly it was a head gasket. For paint I recondmend a nice hammered fisnish, but thats just me, any quility spray paint will work, although I try too stay away from regular 99 cent stuff. Rust-o-leum and krylon are good. What I do is hit anything with suface rust with rust convertor and then rattle it. Cant get better protection for 10 bucks IMo.
Nice186
Oh awesome thank you nismothunder. I will start paint after all my exams are done and over with. Can't wait!! Also I don't kno if I should be asking here but I'll ask away. I have been having problems trying to transfer my sound system from my Saturn to my pathfinder. As of now all I'm trying to do is install my 7" LCD pioneer radio. I found that I have a amp in the back of the truck but which wire in the FRONT is the amp wire. I have the wire kit but when I hood it up the radio gets power but no sound? This never happened to me before. Does anyone have photos of this? Thanks guys for the help.
