Hi!

what the best way shift to 4Low

(shift from 2h to 4h no problem at all)

I know that this need to full dtop and on N - but qustion about shifting itself

I found that when i do this like this : Shift to 4HI and push and just one quickly move to 4LOW with apply some power on stick its ok

==================

But if i do this with even one second delay on N i hear noise and need just play with stick to shift

And sometime it look that it not shift to the end - i need back to N and push stick with power till end

==================

I afraid that if i will continue do it quickly with little power i can brake something

The way you're doing it (fast in one quick motion, with firm pressure on the lever) is absolutely correct.

If you delay during the shift you will get the grinding noise. So, the solution is: don't delay while shifting! :)

Don't worry, you won't break anything by quickly and firmly shifting the lever.
