I just picked up a new Reece class 2 hitch for my pathfinder, it hast the hardware but it did not come with the instruction sheet. Does anybody know how to install it or have pics of where to place it?

Most the w/d21 hitches go under the frame not arround it or over it.

Some use existing holes (that you may need to enlarge) and some requre new holes.

You then fish harware over the weled fuel cosmeber inside the frame, the hardware is shaped such that it does not have room to rotate so you don't have to deal with the impossible task of fitting a whench inside the frame.

Line up the harware to the holes, lift the hitch inplace in fasten it from the bottom. If your Reece hitch works differant I hope someone else can chime in.

No clue what class mine is but I snapped a couple quick ones for ya for the setup that was on White Owl when I got him (still is). Tool Shed has a different small chumpy one with a smaller reciver but I ain't getting stung to take pics of it today.

Anyway...

Basicly it has 1 big friggin nut&bolt on each side on the chumpy that hangs down on the back of the frame and it goes up to the crossbrace where it wrapsaround that kinda(as you can kinda tell in pic 2).

Like I said, I don;t know what class, brand, weight capacity, basicly any info on mine. Just it's a 2" reciver and it works grate for my yuppie rack.

Thanks for the reply's and the pics guys, I'll break out my camera to get a shot of my hitch. It may look a bit different than those ones. Did you have to remove 2 tabs that where attached to the points where your hitch bolts up?
