what is the best way to remove and install the window trim for the bottom of the windows i tried to take off the ones on my parts truck and ended up breaking them

if u broke them then there not in to good of shape just pull them off and push on the new ones

Best way to do it is with a plastic putty knife. Roll the window down, then slide the knife up under the outside and work it gently across the seal to widen it out slightly. Then grip the top and pull it toward the window while pulling up. Once it is out, pinch it back down where you had widened it before installing it.
